The planning considered the floating population in nearby R&D facilities and university global campuses such as
Yonsei University, University of Foreign Studies and Sogang University. It should be linked to the greenbelt axis that
crosses the Science Village. An integration plan with Block A that links the subway station was also required. The
Digital Harbor is the design concept to accommodate all above requirements. It is a state-of-the-art technology
complex aiming for future. It supports the R&D facilities nearby, university street and state-of-the-art business facilities.
The harbor also receives new culture. State-of-the-art technology, nature, culture and commerce co-exist in the new
concept complex space. The space is full of vitality, passion and romance of the youths. The Digital Harbor departs for
the future.
