The project is focused on development of apartment complex harmonious with a natural environment built on the
land, which has transfer characteristics created by the overlap of urban and rural natures. Green Community was built
up by acquiring the waterscape and the green area within the apartment complex. Community Sunken, Landmark
Tower, Landscape Tower and corridor type were placed in the center of the complex, and pedestrian passage,
subsidiary facilities, plaza, mall and park were compounded with in the complex to create a street where people wants
to take a walk.
