Residence as a family-based area requires fulfillment in various life activities of family members beyond a basic
function as a shelter Bangbae Enssimo meets this requirement and it was planned for balance and unit considering the
characteristics of the area. A skipped type of parking lot suitable to the sloped ground, pilotis in main entrance
(facility for common use) and natural common to the backyard provide the efficient space for common use. the Symbols
of society and economic status along with comfort in a residence became a design motive in the elevation plan.
