Major strategy making Chuncheon City as an internationally luxury city is developing it as a multi functional city with
community service and profitability. It starts with lake side complex town in G3 area. This project plan suggests
developing project site as a romance ecological city with cinema, romance and carnival by encouraging Chuncheon’
infrastructures such as cleanliness, tourism and leisure based on the concepts of profitability, community service,
environmentally friendliness. Main focus for the project was not only to increase profits but also to increase public
spaces for the citizens in Chuncheon. Based on G3 Lakeside Mixed Use Town development, G5 project will be
designed to offer the place for publicity and sustainability. G5 will be the city with romance, and festival.
