The pedestrian passage passing through the complex plays a role as the center of the complex creating various
"urban space”" and “"urban behavior.” The objective is to plant the image of 5th Avenue, New York into Mokdong new
urban district, which is a high-class residential area. In addition, a corner of the curtain wall located at the southern
side of the complex (toward Omok-ro) symbolize the image of flying-up, and the heliport emphasizes symmetrical-ness
in north and south direction. The top of each building draws vertical flying in asymmetry towards Omok-ro.
