It is a super high-rise building on Elliot Street, Auckland in New Zealand and it acquired symbolism as a landmark in
the central business area by having frontality on every single side of the building. It secured structural stability by
reasonable vertical zoning in the square mass with a center core type and each household, and it acquired ventilation
and a right to a view of each household. It increased user’s convenience and safety by installing Drop-off and
separating a traffic lane from a pedestrian passage.
