An open space was built in the front street and sunken garden was constructed on the east side of a building and
connected to the underground space for linking with other sites and Dogok subway station. It introduced the concept
of Office landscape to provide a humane office space by eliminating and uniformity and allowing flexibility. A high-tech
image as an engineering company was highlighted as well as various types of proportion by mass segment of lower,
middle and upper part using aluminum panel and curtain wall.
