The early apartment type industrial building focused on the job function. Recently, the IT function and support facilities
are reinforced to focus on the job efficiency. I intended to make a job-environment-focused industrial building that also
has a sensitive space containing the environment-friendly, playful and adaptable characters. This project has two
functions of factory and support facility; requiring separate development strategy for each. The building faced south for
easier sales the space. Arrangement considered the maximum view toward Anyang-cheon Brook. The industrial
building was planned to meet the respective job characteristic of IT type and manufacturing type companies who will
rent the spaces. Support facilities are about 15% in area considering previous cases and other similar buildings. Upper
floors have restaurant, fitness center and CEO office so that profit can be maximized by specialized planning.
