Shenyang in China is the hub of northeast Asia and the fourth largest city in China. It is a still-growing industrial city.
This project was not to repeat the apartment type factories already prevalent in China. In Guro Industrial Complex in
Korea, there had been many low-rise buildings with factories inside. And a project changed those into a
state-of-the-art urban environment. This project was a meaningful project applying that Korean project in Chinese
industrial city environment. We had site survey in China and suggested a innovative and creative complex that contains
the three concepts of ground, force, and trend.
